I have had a couple x4 bonuses, but not many, and both settlements took about 8 days. Once the dojo is unlocked, that negotiation can be used for the 10 collection of the good without ever needing the goods building. When you are close to completing, leave the negotiations alone if you already have enough of a specific good. The final quest you need to collect 10 of each good, and the market merchant can really help. There is no need to continue producing a good if you need < 10 and there is a good chance you can get that from the market, so you can sell that building and replace it with another. Keep track of how many of each good you need. This is around day 3, and with the help of the market, you are well on your way to finishing the settlement. With 6 expansions, you have space for 4 houses, 4-5 shrines, and 4 goods buildings. Work towards unlocking the houses, which are more efficient. By the 2nd use of the market, you probably have used all 6 expansions. Coin generation is higher in Japanese, and you don't need as many expansions. You will likely be able to unlock 2 or 3 more expansions, and comfortably generate enough coins to support at least 2 goods buildings.ĭon't spend more than 8 goods on an expansion. You can immediately negotiate for 10+ of 3 different goods. Unlocking the gallery opens up the market merchant, which is huge. Once you buildup a good bank of coins, rebuild a 2nd soybean field to rush for unlocking the gallery. Depending on obstacles, you should be able to build 3 shrines. I finished my 2nd settlement yesterday, here is a brief strategy:īuild 2 soybean fields so you can unlock an expansion after the first collectionīuild more houses, which give decent coin incomeĪfter the 2nd collection, unlock the shrine.
